You go to www.Parchment.com to get your ITT Technical Institute transcript. The company went out of business in 2016, but you can still get your transcript from Parchment.

A lot of colleges use this site.

I don't think you can get your diploma now, but at least you can get the transcript which should indicate that you graduated. It is also the official thing that is used to prove you graduated and it shows all of your classes and the grades.
